We produce both  vertical and horizontal retort  to reduce the magnesium metal and calcium metal by the Pidgeon processing technology. The retort is produced by horizontal Centrifugal Casting Machine with diameter ranged from 370mm to 390mm and length 3,000mm. The chemical compositions are C: 0.2-0.25,Cr: 27-29, Ni: 9-11, Si: 1.5-2, Mn: 1-1.5, S: ≦0.035, P: ≦0.035, N: ≦0.3. The life span can reach to 120 days under reaction temperature between 1200 and 1260 centigrade.
